GWYNBLEIDD Schedules Canadian Live Debut

April 19, 2008

Brooklyn, New York-based metal band GWYNBLEIDD is set to perform its first-ever Canadian shows next week with dates scheduled in Toronto (April 23) and Sudbury (April 25) as a support to Finland's KALMAH and at the Sudbury Metal Feast! festival. These will also be the first-ever international performances for the band whose music combines elements of death, black and folk metal. Most notable performances to date include the Heathen Crusade 2 festival in Minessotta, as well as a live musical support for the metal Ballet Deviare outift in New York City in 2007.

GWYNBLEIDD released its debut EP, "Amaranthine", back in 2006, later picked up for distribution by The End Records. "Amaranthine" has since been placed on Last.FM for free streaming. The group is also currently in the midst of wrapping up the recording session of its first full-length "Nostalgia", due later this year.
